Return Policy

 Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We may ask you a few questions to get the full details of the return.

Basic Return

In order to begin a return, please use our Contact tab to explain your return in as much detail as possible (name, purchase date, order number, item purchased, etc). Your item must be returned in the same condition as received. Once we receive the item, we will further inspect the product before completing the return. Once the return is approved, you will receive your refund to the same payment method used for your purchase.

Damaged items

If you receive your order with a manufacturer flaw or any damages, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item in order for us to exchange it. We will not exchange the damaged item for a different product (ex. We will not exchange a damaged Floral Vine Collar for a Peach Collar. We will replace it with an undamaged Floral Vine Collar).

*We may request photos of the flaws or damages.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for custom orders or sale items. If you have questions or concerns about either of these types of purchases, please contact us through our Contact tab.

Exchanges

In order to exchange an item, you will need to first request a return for your original purchase and then purchase the new product through our website once your return is accepted. This helps us with our record keeping.
